| From: Abhishek kumar singh, Tek Inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Workday Analyst/Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Visa: USC / GC Interview: Skype Workday Analyst/Developer Daily responsibilities will include: Installing, implementing, modifying, and upgrading Workday modules to meet changing business and technology, with knowledge in at least one of the following modules - Learning, Recruiting, and/or Peakon. Consulting and providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and Regional Management Teams. Development, implementation, and documentation of standards for payroll and HCM business processes. Develop reports for audits, compliance, and business operations. These positions are more back-end in nature, though there may be some interaction with vendors depending upon the nature of the projects that would be supported. Such interaction might include vendor call to better understand requirements, conduct testing, etc. More often, consultants will interface with our customers internal team. Candidates will be doers consultants who can dive and get things done. 2-4 years of experience is preferred, with at least 1-2 previous Workday go-lives under their respective belts. More junior level candidates should have base level experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and making data changes in Workday, while more senior level candidates will have implementation experience with Workday Recruiting, Working Learning, and other modules. Qualifications 2-4 of Workday experience with at least 1-2 prior go-live related experience. Experience with Workday learning, Workday Recruiting, and/or Workday Peakon. The ability to work with all levels of internal staff from Administrative staff, to Technical colleagues, and the C-level executives. There may be some vendor interface work associated with these positions. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Exceptional work ethic and customer service acumen. Thanks & Regards ..
