IAM Project Manager - With Sailpoint Experience. ( Hybrid) Job Location: Jersey City, NJ Client: Hexaware/BBH Experience: 10+ years Candidate must be good at: Experience in complex program management, ideally with a background on IAM. Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions. Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation. Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP and Azure AD. Experience with Sailpoint and One Identity Safeguard. Knowledge in SailPoint / One Identity Safeguard tools / Azure AD. Need to have end to end implementation knowledge on SailPoint / Azure AD. Knowledge of Azure AD / on prem AD / other integrations with SailPoint. Should know how PAM / PIM solutions work. Oral and written communication skills Interpersonal and consultative skills Facilitation skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP). 5 years of experience in IAM or a related field. Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions. Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards. Strong project management skills. Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python. Experience with SQL databases. Experience in IT security or associated fields. At least three years of experience in a management role. Job Description: Develop and implement and IAM program with policies and procedures. Manage user access to systems, applications, and data. Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements. Perform risk assessments and audits. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Train users on policies and procedures. Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data. Document processes and procedures. Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation. Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD. Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos. Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS. Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, and PowerShell. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management. Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.
