Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Richmond, VA (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 06+ Months Contract NEED LOCAL to VA Only (NO RELOCATIONS) MUST HAVE: The key skill is strong Snowflake experience, also Sigma and ETL skills. Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize data pipelines into Snowflake, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability. Write and maintain complex data transformation rules including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment rules using Snowflake and related tools Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and accessible to stakeholders. Build dashboards, reports, and analytic tools for end user consumption using Sigma Evangelize new ideas and technologies within your team and across the business. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or Engineering, required 3 years of Snowflake experience required Experience with data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence tools required. Experience with Sigma preferred Experience with ETL/ELT software preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from co-workers, vendors, clients, and customers. Self-starter, able to determine a path forward even with some ambiguity. Ability to interface with business partners, vendors, business analysts, developers, and project managers. Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Ability to solve problems and apply creative and timely solutions.
