| Title: SAP SCM/PP Production Support Job Type: Contract End Client: Kyndryl Location: East Chicago, IN Duration: 12months Authorization: No H1B Shift Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Range: $65/hour Interview: Phone+Video/F2F Role 1: Qualifications/Skills: Requires 10+ years of techno-functional experience in SAP SCM/PP with SAP S/4 HANA. Must have: o SAP Global ATP: availability check, CTP scenarios, Production Allocation, RBA (rules-based ATP) o Production Planning and Detail Scheduling (PP/DS) o Planned Orders and Production Orders o Standard and Custom Heuristics o Production Plans (MRP) o Capacity Plans o Demand Planning, Planning areas, CVC, Process Chains o Master data (routings, BOMs, production version, configurable materials) o Interfaces using iDocs, Production Appointments Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of production support responsibilities as it pertains to SCM and PP functionality incidents, problem management, trouble shoot user issues and provide solutions. Provides expert level technical lead and direction for SAP SCM/PP lifecycle. Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions May contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Participate and support in optimization areas within the SCM/PP domain and manage the execution. Collaborating with other production support process tower leaders to ensure a cohesive solution without impacting cross functional and downstream processes or applications. Document system specifications, functional requirements, testing and solutions as needed. Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements established with the client. Uses in-depth business knowledge, and package expertise to effectively provide quality issue resolution to achieve Client expected business results. Communicates effectively with the Project Manager/Service Delivery manager on a frequent basis. Must have Customer centric mindset, autonomous and self-driven, multi-tasker.
