JD: Technical/Functional Skills Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Scrum Master,, Service Delivery Experience Required Domain expertise Pharmacy / Medical Device experience ITIL Service Management Supply Chain/ Warehouse Management Requirement Gathering & Solicitation Support or Implementation of WMS applications Cross functional collaboration with IT and business teams Performed Problem Management/ Risk Management Handled Interface related issues/ implementations with ERP Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain cross functional relationships with, resident engineers, Vendor hotline, business, operations and Global IS teams. Develop an effective working knowledge of the customer Global IS organization, understanding processes, procedures and developing close working relationships with key run organization support teams. Be the voice for customer Global IS processes onsite to ensure process is followed on behalf of IS at all times where appropriate. Shall act as liaison between Operations teams and Global IS run organization teams where required during the management and resolution of issues with IT, Warehouse and Supply chain components Facilitate incidents and requests regarding integrations between Vendor WMS system and Stryker ERP systems. adhering to Global IS incident/request management processes. Act as an escalation point to the CDC business team for IT related ASN or integration issues Drive root cause analysis and ownership of related tasks for integration issues or issues related to the automated warehouse. Share weekly highlights & updates on status of investigationsand new issues to the leadership. Help escalate tickets to the right internal or external stakeholders where required. Create a holistic runbook for the CDC automated warehouse system and keep it current. Gain a strong understanding of the ASN process flow and technical details for all CDC connected ERP systems. Support any challenges with data flowing back to the ERP systems.
