The scope will be further refined by the stakeholders and will include: Financial reporting Procurement reporting Operational Readiness reporting Building and Construction reporting PMWeb reporting (changes, risks, schedule compliance, etc) This information is contained in several systems, including Oracle, SAP, PMWeb and other data sources for multiple capital projects. Role Responsibilities Understand business requests for reporting, working across multiple stakeholders Understand the user interface needs. Build a cohesive set of reports that are intuitive and easily navigable Validate reports with the appropriate team members Design and execute testing procedures to ensure proper functionality of applications Publish validated reports Collaborates with IT to ensure proper handoff and support of reports going into production Qualifications 5-10 years professional experience Technical degree in an engineering, mathematics, statistics or related discipline Ability to apply design thinking to map out solutions for complex business problems. Must be a good communicator/developer/instructor helping users and stakeholder understand what can be achieved and how it can help with process oversight and insights Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Javascript, Python Expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in matrixed organization with competing priorities Branding/UI (user interface)/UX (user experience) experience Project management Experience with PMWeb software tool Power Query a plus.
