Ensure environment is stable and in compliance with corporate security policy and standards. Configure, administer, and upgrade web proxies, f5 load balancers acting as a web application firewall (WAF) Administer SSL certificates where needed on supported devices. Implement DMZ configurations to support new applications and modifications to existing applications. Assist customers in navigating through supported infrastructure to achieve goals. Work closely with customers and other systems technical staff and vendors in problem solving situations. Support and configure SSL VPN remote access hardware, Perform systems analysis, monitoring and debugging Identify and support quality improvement initiatives Respond 24 x 7 to Internet security incidents and events. Be on call and available to work off hours and weekends. Required skills & Experience: TECHNICAL: Analytical Skill Squid Proxy (required) Palo Alto Firewall Checkpoint Firewall Symantec/Bluecoat Security Web Gateway F5 Local Traffic Manager Administration SSL VPN Support Cisco and Ivanti Pulse Secure Internet Information Server a plus Technical Experience in the following: Web browser operation, configuration, communication (MS IE, Firefox, etc) HTTP/HTTPS/SSL Communications Web streaming platforms/protocols BIND knowledge F5 Global and Local Traffic Manager Palo Alto Juniper SSL VPN UNIX Administration - Sun Solaris, BSD, Linux Python & Shell Scripting Verisign MPKI / Digicert Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing, Layer 3 network protocols and DMZ technologies Network and protocol analysis (Sniffer, tcpdump, wireshark) Microsoft Office, MS Visio, Service Now OTHER : Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with limited supervision, on multiple assignments Ability to learn quickly through personal initiative without formal training Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work on multiple problems concurrently and be able to handle the pressures of real time support Desired/Optional Skills: Squid and Bluecoat (Symantec) Proxy Palo Alto Firewall Checkpoint Firewall-1 Checkpoint Provider-1 Pulse Security SSL VPN F5 Networks LTM Visio Keywords: ffive green card microsoft |
