Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and coaching skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required. Manager Notes: The team works in a very collaborative fashion. The hiring manager is seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills both written and oral. Candidate of choice must be able to adapt communication style to a variety of audiences. How the candidate of choice presents themselves is important. Seeking strong Agile practitioner responsible for managing 2 teams of 8 -9 participants. Manager is not seeking junior level candidates for this role would rather receive quality resumes and over quantity. The hiring manager understands that this is a difficult combination of skills - trading experience, Equity and Fixed Income instruments and technology which is why the rate is a little higher than the typical scrum master rate. Description Overview: Candidate will support 2 trading focused teams, encompassing both Equity & Fixed Income capabilities. The ideal candidate will have scrum master experience in Trading with a discreet understanding of Trading workflows, and both Equity and Fixed Income instruments. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage and effectively communication with a diverse set of stakeholders including, Senior Management, Trading, Middle Office, and Technology.
