Senior Oracle EPM Lead Role: Senior Oracle EPM Lead Where: REMOTE Company: SOAL/Client is in government/state industry (AST) Duration - 6 months contract to hire No h1B Lead Financial Consolidation Close and Account Reconciliation projects. Lead Financial Planning solutions which includes Annual Financial Planning and Reporting solutions. Lead all discovery/solution-design discussions. Provide guidelines to develop the team as well as work on configuration setup as needed. Lead testing efforts and assist with client support. Lead client training initiatives. Assist in driving test scenarios for projects. Must Have Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EPM implementation Experience with least 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Cloud Applications as Module Lead Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client needs and developing EPM solutions that solve complex business problems Demonstrated ability to provide subject matter expertise in core Oracle Cloud EPM modules including experience in: o FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services o ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Services o Narrative Reporting o Bank Reconciliation and Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting o Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles Business Process Consulting, facilitating global design workshops, process analysis, providing sme guidance, system integration testing, training and production deployment Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Able to effectively collaborate with Customers, PMO, Onsite & Offshore team Regards.
