Minimum Qualifications: 1) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff. 2) Project Management Professional certification. (PMP) 3) A minimum of ten (10) years of IT business/industry work experience. 4) A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects in accordance with PMIs standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). 5) Experience with Agile Methodologies. Preferred Experience: 1) Experience gathering, deriving, and analyzing requirements for business systems. 2) Experience facilitating Joint Application Design sessions. 3) Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and data requirements. 4) Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Platform development programs/projects. 5) Experience leading cloud solution development programs/projects leveraging other low/no-code platforms. 6) Experience communicating with IT leadership and business leadership. 7) Experience preparing Legislative Budget Requests (LBR), Statements of Work (SOW), and Operational Work Plans (OWP). 8) Experience with State Purchasing rules, processes, and documentation. 9) Experience with Information Technology purchasing processes and practices. 10) Experience managing documentation in MS SharePoint. 11) Experience managing projects for a state of Florida Information Technology PMO; and 12) Experience creating a Solution Definition Framework or ISDM Keywords: information technology microsoft Florida |
