Role: Senior Business Analyst Location: Deerfield Beach, FL and require to be onsite 3 days/week Duration: 6+ months This will be for the modernization project. Need to be 3 days onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL Must come from complex background, heavy enterprise experience, and outstanding communication and documentation CBAP highly preferred but not required Must have experience in Agile. SAFe agile experience is a plus Notes from manager: Both positions will report into me and will be working in the SETF SPARK Modernization Program. As you know, we are currently in E&P and partnering with our Software provider Alfa Systems. The plan is to confirm that Alfa is the right choice for us and go seamlessly into the Execution phase next year. So, this will likely be multi-year effort with the goal to modernize the entire SETF IT platform and among other goals get off the mainframe. And they are hands-on positions, so they need to dig into our workstreams (like Gap Analysis, Implementation Foundation, Migration, Portfolio Conversion) and deliver the results with the team. Experience with Alfa, similar programs and Agile or SAFe are great, but not a must. Further growth of the roles and potential conversions to associates are possible but depend on circumstances and performance.
