Track and manage compliance activities for SaaS and first party Marketing event toolset. 2. Ability to understand compliance toolset available, follow the process steps defined 3. Understand of Marketing Event management tools like D365 Marketing events, On24 or similar would be helpful 4. Compliance activities include following, good understanding of the below general compliance guidelines relevant for applications/tools, ensure compliance timelines are met, grades are maintained. a. Privacy b. Accessibility c. Security d. GDPR 5. User compliance audits for applications: Tracking Active, inactive users and maintain access. 6. Schedule and manage daily status meeting with Global delivery teams. 7. Status checks and meetings with business stakeholders, Engineering teams and 3rd party SaaS teams. 8. Publish regular status updates to Engg managers, PMs and Leadership team. 9. Have good written and oral communications skillset and stakeholder management skills. 10. Should communicate with external SaaS providers and ensure compliance activities are tracked and followed through. 11. Manage and track Service compliance portal for metrics, KPIs ensure to SLAs for all the KPIs/metrics. 12. Mange and track incidents and ensure incidents mitigated by respective stakeholders/teams as per SLAs. 13. Understand Technology and drive automations in compliance areas and ensure automations are helping reduce manual efforts, maintain compliance. 14. Quick learner, taking self-initiatives and drive compliance.
