Kindly share your resume at [email protected] Role: Hardware Technician Location: Sandy, UT (100% ONSITE - LOCALS Only - No Exceptions) Duration: Long-term contract Interview: Video Visa: No H1B E*TRADE Must Haves Experience with the core foundation of the ITIL Asset Management lifecycle 5+ years in a desktop support/asset management role in a large corporate environment BS degree tech degree preferred Comp Science etc. MAC AND WINDOWS EXPERIENCE Systems used- excel, remedy (e-trade), service now ITL- needs understanding (White glove service) Must be Resourceful Must have Customer service skills and willing to deal with end client Login access troubleshooting- working directly with end-users Desktop services to assist with teams on sight.
