ITSM concepts Required Skills: Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, RedHat Linux Administration, Windows Server Admin Shift: Day Roles & Responsibilities: Good Knowledge in Tidal scheduler To Handle Service request, Incident & Change Knowledge in Window and Linux (Level 1 support) Alert Monitoring & Resolution Coordination of issue resolution - Internal and external Basic Knowledge in scripting Good Communication, taking ownership and attention to details.
