Seeking
an entry-level candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably
with experience in medical device manufacturing and knowledge of CNC machining
processes, to support the production of Orthopaedic implants and provide
technical expertise in metal finishing operations.

Job
Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device
manufacturing.

  Experience with CNC machining processes is
preferred.

  Knowledge of metal finishing processes.

  Experience with Change Control Validation in a
regulated environment (medical device).

  Proficiency in data and statistical analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  Internships or experience in the Medical or
Biopharma industries.

  Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

  Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.

  Knowledge of quality control processes and
methodologies.

  Familiarity with regulatory requirements for
medical devices.

  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
and specifications.

  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
abilities.

  Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement processes to support the
production of Orthopaedic implants.

  Provide technical expertise in CNC machining
processes and metal finishing operations, particularly for highly polished
products.

  Ensure compliance with Change Control Validation in
a regulated environment.

  Perform data and statistical analysis to monitor
and improve manufacturing processes.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address
quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility
studies for process improvements.

  Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to
enhance efficiency and product quality.

  Support the development and maintenance of
manufacturing procedures and work instructions.

  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean
work area.

  Communicate and coordinate with internal
stakeholders to meet production targets and deadlines.
