Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing system integration testing activities. Work collaboratively with the Product Owner, team members, and SCDHHS to understand epics and user stories, and to apply acceptance criteria to verify functional and non-functional requirements have been met. Create and execute test cases prior to acceptance and deployment of release packages to higher environments. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts to validate the functionality and accuracy of software solutions, particularly IBM X12 Translator Tools (ITX) and related components. Utilize automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) to develop and execute automated tests for functional and regression testing. Collaborate with developers to identify, analyze, and track software defects, utilizing defect tracking tools and methodologies. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, OR three years of equivalent experience in testing Internet and intranet applications. Experience: Six (6) years of experience as a Lead Quality Analyst/Tester or a similar leadership role, with a strong focus on software testing and quality assurance. Four (4) years of software testing experience (integration and acceptance) on multiple projects. Expertise in IBM X12 Translator Tools (ITX), including testing EDI/X12 messages, mapping validation, and rule execution. Three years of experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment, and demonstrated knowledge of system and project life cycles. Three years of experience testing database interfaces in a multi-release project environment. Three years of experience creating development and execution of test cases for Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, interoperability testing, System Integration testing, and Performance testing of a multi-tier Internet and Intranet Solution. Three years of experience managing a system test and acceptance process by gathering stakeholder input and feedback and developing and implementing tools to improve the process. Three years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management, tracking bug fixes, test results, and release management. Proficiency in automation testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks, for developing and executing automated tests. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum and Kanban environment. *Candidates chosen for an interview will meet the Education, General Experience, and Specialized Experience requirements.
