Manager is looking for more of a true consultant Someone that has creativity around forming requirements. Ability to work with WD users and non-WD users A problem solver. How they crafted what they did and why they chose to do it that way. Keys to this position is Creation, Transformation and Optimization. They will be updating or trashing reports from 2021 and creating new dashboards. They currently have on 1 dashboard for Talent. Wants someone to come in and tell them what they need to do. A plus would be if they have the ability to help in scoping and strategy. Again, he is a looking for a true consultant with great client facing and communication skills. There are 2 areas: 1. BIRT wage reports for on/offboarding, which requires custom text by state 2. WD Talent dashboard build and rollout Qualities to look for: 1. High attention to detail, especially considering user experience in terms of visually appealing and consistency in the report layouts 2. Ability to talk with non-technical Workday resources to clarify requirements and expectations 3.
