The Business Optimization Analyst will be experienced in application support with strong business and technical analytical skills. The Business Optimization Analyst must possess a strong understanding of business requirements, the ability to translate needs into effective solutions, and foster, grow, develop collaboration across business units and IT teams. The Business Optimization Analyst will coordinate with Key Business Stakeholders, IT, and Program / Project Managers to ensure that the business requirements are accurately captured, understood, and translated into functional specifications. The Business Optimization Analyst will support a wide-range of projects and enterprise applications while collaborating closely with Management Teams and Business Leaders. The Business Optimization Analyst will build and maintain effective and long-lasting relationships with Business Stakeholders. Additionally, the Business Optimization Analyst Team will engage in M&A work, systems integrations, data management, and ERP upgrades and integrations.
