Develop high level SharePoint software applications using out-of-the-box tools as well as custom coding in front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, jQuery, Power, Bootstrap, USWDS, Office UI Fabric). Refactor solutions built in legacy SharePoint versions (2013, 2016, and 2019) to M365 and SharePoint Online (SPO) Work with business and product teams to build usable end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing. Write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability. Develop reusable components (e.g. SPfx custom web parts, content types, site columns and list templates) to enable faster delivery. Adhere to architecture, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and end users) to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Experience developing and building solutions for SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint Online/M365 and related Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, Power Automate, Web Services, Graph API and REST API Develop canvas or model driven PowerApps solutions Ability to troubleshoot and track end-user issues and requests Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Additional desired skills: Previous experience in migrating SharePoint sites Experience with ShareGate Experience delivering accessible sites that are Section 508 compliant.
