Please share suitable profile Senior Salesforce Admin 6 months US Citizens or GC holders only Hybid / Remote role being able to work onsite in Woodlands (North of Houston) when needed end client is Valcourt Job description Immediate need for a senior level Salesforce Admin to serve as a single POC for all administration, configuration, data management, user management, security, and flow automation. Client is implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service Lighting. They are presently selecting a Salesforce Partner for implementation. So, this person will work closely with the Partners dev team and be responsible for production support post implementation. Its critical that they have deep knowledge in data/data management/reporting within Salesforce. Responsibilities: Manage day to day internal support and enhancement request submitted by different internal teams Ensure consistent alignment of Sales Cloud and Field Service Lighting to optimize the sales process with a focus on improving data and data management from consolidation of multiple data sources / systems. Work with internal partners to understand the unique challenges facing their business and create/evaluate ideas to meet those needs and improve process with the Salesforce environment. Understand and translate business goals and end user needs into Product strategy and requirements. Stakeholder management expectations on tangible benefits to executive sponsorship. Design and Config solutions that align to the business requirements and Product strategy. Lead and mentor junior staff as needed to grow internal Salesforce team Must haves: 5 + yrs of Salesforce Admin Certifications in Sales Advance Administration and Platform App Builder Solid experience in Salesforce Lighting, including creating Lighting. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality Strong data management abilities A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion REGARD Lovely Singh Keywords: information technology green card |
