This exciting role will provide you with the opportunity to work with some of the smartest and most driven individuals in the industry, identifying use cases to augment our investment strategy with AI/ML and bring efficiency to our research and analytical processes. As an AI Engineer, you will: * Consult on how AI/ML or any existing LLM tooling can help with a team's existing processes * Design and develop solutions for each team, using software development best practices * Describe the limitations of AI and LLMs to our teams; helping avoid common pitfalls, such as hallucinations * Serve as a bridge and extension of BAM's Data and Technology organizations and identify opportunities for our investment and business side teams to leverage the firm's central technologies * Collaborate with other AI specialists and BAM's Data Science teams to identified new opportunities for centralized products To be considered a good cultural fit, you must be: * Collaborative and enjoy working within a team * Positive, can-do attitude * Hungry to learn * Driven towards success * A very strong and efficient communicator * Able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced trading environment * A problem solver; able to develop quick and sound solutions to complex problems * Extremely detailed oriented and have tremendous organizational skills To be considered a good technical fit, you must have: * Degree in Computer Science or closely related field. * 5+ years of professional software development experience.
