Responsibilities include but are not limited to accumulator reconciliations, root cause analysis, perform unit testing and write business requirements for any custom solutions. In addition, the Benefit Configuration analyst will be responsible for managing configuration projects and coaching junior analysts. He or she will work with peers in the department to establish realistic project scope, project plans and timelines.
