| From: Chaitanya, RuriSoft LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job title: Senior Manager Projects (Scrum Master) Location: Marlborough, MA (Only Local Profiles) End client address: TJX West Campus 300/400 Value Way Marlborough, MA 01752 Job description/responsibilities: Remove roadblocks, many of which will be beyond the teams authority or will require support from other teams Continuous improvement mindset and highlights opportunities to improve efficiency of scrum teams Coach and mentor the team on agile ways of working Management of dependencies internal and external to scrum team Raise risks and blockers when necessary to RTE and appropriate team members/leadership Work closely with PO to understand and align on backlog priorities Calculate team capacity, analyse and adjust learnings from previous sprints Manage more than one scrum team (2 or more) Participate in a PI event. Manage each projects scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Top 3 must haves (do not submit if not showcased on resume): Extensive understanding of agile methodology, techniques, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence). Proven ability to lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries.
