Excellent communication skills be able to answer in depth questions related to resume and experience The ERP Analyst will be responsible for working with the ERP team and others to deliver successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and peripheral systems across Mirions businesses. This role will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in functional areas such as: general ledger, AR/AP, supply chain, production, order management, inventory, and purchasing. The ERP analyst will also engage in end-to-end functional analysis, system modifications, user training, and support including problem analysis and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a passion for building high-quality, sustainable ERP solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & CORE FUNCTIONS Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation, integration, and customization of D365 Contribute to the configuration of D365 and provide on-going support/technical administration Act as an internal contact for user issues and serve as the liaison with outsourced support providers Facilitate business requirements gathering and gap analysis sessions Create functional/technical design documentation and work with developers/consultants on testing and implementation of modifications Create functional test plans, test cases, and participate in testing Provide user training and assist with the development of user documentation Collaborate with Microsoft Support and consultants to implement D365 best practices Assist the data and BI team with identification and design of reports and reporting tools Assist with the implementation and support of application integrations with third-party applications Assist with the development and implementation of ERP SOX compliance processes and procedures REPORTING This position reports to the ERP Manager. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Education & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline Minimum of 3 years related technical and functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations and/or AX 2012 Has completed at least one full life-cycle implementation of D365 or Microsoft AX 2012 Functional knowledge of at least 3 of the following areas: general ledger, AR/AP, procurement, manufacturing/production, order management, inventory, purchasing, product data management (PDM), master planning, projects, advanced warehouse management, advanced pricing Strong understanding of business process documentation, mapping, and requirements gathering Proven ability to create functional and technical design documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical people Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders Experience with ERP SOX compliance and controls Experience with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Visio Experience with data warehousing, SQL, and/or SSIS a plus Experience with three or more of the following systems and technologies: Working in a distribution and manufacturing environment MS DevOps and Teams management OneStream SAP Salesforce Power BI Bluestar or Windchill ServiceNow or JIRA Concur Cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure Keywords: business intelligence green card microsoft Arkansas |
