Candidates MUST be local to the Dallas, TX area AND be willing to work onsite 5-days per week, non-negotiable. Residency Status: Citizen, Green Card, or GC-EAD ONLY 1st round interview will be remote and the second round will be onsite in Dallas,TX JOB SUMMARY The Business Optimization Analyst will facilitate strategic cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and the successful delivery of programs and projects. The Business Optimization Analyst will be experienced in application support with strong business and technical analytical skills. The Business Optimization Analyst must possess a strong understanding of business requirements, the ability to translate needs into effective solutions, and foster, grow, develop collaboration across business units and IT teams. The Business Optimization Analyst will coordinate with Key Business Stakeholders, IT, and Program / Project Managers to ensure that the business requirements are accurately captured, understood, and translated into functional specifications. The Business Optimization Analyst will support a wide-range of projects and enterprise applications while collaborating closely with Management Teams and Business Leaders. The Business Optimization Analyst will build and maintain effective and long-lasting relationships with Business Stakeholders. Additionally, the Business Optimization Analyst Team will engage in M&A work, systems integrations, data management, and ERP upgrades and integrations.
