RPA Solution Architect Exp: 10 plus years Remote Job Description: High level: Need someone who can help identify the right automation platform (RPA / IPA) during project discovery and also help design solution in delivery stage. Detailed JD: o Intelligent Automation Solution Architect: Must have prior experience performing this role for Intelligent Automation Project in past Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements. Knowledge of business processes and workflows to assess automation feasibility. Experience in process mapping, business process modeling, and process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Intelligent Automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Tools: Microsoft Excel, Visio, Process Mining tools, Business Process Management (BPM) tools. Expertise required during Discovery & Delivery Phases Discovery 1. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills when interacting with client leadership and stakeholders 2. Apply analytical abilities to identify potential automation opportunities, support business teams in prioritization, and provide cost estimates. 3. Assess technical risks associated with automation opportunities and effectively manage client expectations regarding implementation timelines. 4. Extract and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) as part of the project. 5. Create and maintain architectural artifacts using the Archimate design language, utilizing the "Archi" tool. Delivery: 1. This role requires previous development experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure. 2. Possess a strong understanding of Software Engineering principles, including best practices for validation and release management. 3. Maintain a broad perspective across the enterprise to identify opportunities for leveraging existing tools and reusing software, thereby reducing implementation costs. 4. Collaborate with Program and Project managers to prioritize delivery iterations and assist in formulating project plans. 5. Deliver presentations to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to obtain approvals for architecture and design. 6. Actively participate in ARB meetings and offer innovative solutions to fellow architects when necessary. 7. Recognize the need for security approvals (BISO) on all new projects and ensure their acquisition. 8. Utilize previous technical experience to independently learn and adapt to new technologies related to automation and beyond. 9. Take the lead in managing a team of developers, providing oversight and technical guidance as required. Prior experience as a Scrum Master is a valuable asset. 10. Possess hands-on experience with design and integration patterns. 11. Investigate and propose integration patterns, such as MuleSoft APIs, and collaborate with other teams to prioritize and implement them.
