Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Architect Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Client: IBM/AMEX Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Architect and design end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and system configurations. Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Security, including user roles, security profiles, data security, and segregation of duties. Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud. Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet specific business needs, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Management. Lead the implementation and migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement custom extensions and integrations using Oracle PaaS services. Define and enforce best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud administration, monitoring, and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
