Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for the Workday human capital management system, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, and optimization.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday system functionalities and workflows.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data related to personal information, employment details, compensation, benefits, and performance.

Manage the onboarding and off boarding processes in Workday, including user access, employee orientations, and exit procedures.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to educate employees on Workday functionalities and self-service capabilities.

Generate standard and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools, providing HR, payroll, and management teams with accurate and timely insights.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Workday administration are a plus.

Proven experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role in the financial services industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.

Proficient in managing and configuring the Workday system, including security roles, business processes, custom reports, and integrations.

Solid knowledge of HR and payroll practices, regulations, and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify system issues, propose solutions, and implement necessary changes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts and instructions clearly to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset to keep up with Workday system updates and industry trends.
