Development, Build, Deployment, Automation, AWS (AWS Architecture, Talon), Job Description: Platform engineering with SDLC/Platform Level Architecture Knowledge. (e.g. 11 Years of Total exp with First 6 years worked in Java/C++/Talon as a developer (Dev, build, Deploy, automation, Monitoring), Next 2 years worked in Dev ops/QA. No Resource Management skills needed as USAA is not expecting resource Managers. Technical Platform architectural experience/ Java Architect/cloud Architect / GW Architect / Senior Developer (Tech lead with good Communication skills & DevSecops Knowledge) GW Hands on Is not needed, Able to catch up the knowledge on fly. Should be internally trained by HCL on GW Platform by USAA HCL GW Developers Total Experience 10+ years (USAA Experience is preferred) Driving the Maturity of GW platform compared with Talon Platform (go/GWCMM) (DEV/Build Rls/deploy test Monitoring Vendor Management Security) Creating Road maps and milestones Lot of interaction/follow ups with Technical GW POCS (Director Level) Interaction with LOB tech Leads/Managers, To show the platform maturity progress & road map (e.g. Drive credential Management Automation Capability Secretes Rotation in GW Platform) Dev ops Hands on Experience needed (Build / Deploy) Resource should be available for long term commitment, Availability and Flexibility at work timings, should work from USAA Plano Office .
