Please share your profiles to [email protected] or you can reach me at 972-580-0247 Ext 253 Role: Tissue Converter Technicians Location: Mehoopany PA (Hybrid Role) Duration: Long Term Visa : USC or GC Vendor : Experis Client : Verizon Shifts: Rotating Shifts - Rotating 2-2-3 Shiftwork Schedule Matching Team Rotation Days- 6:45 am to 7:15 pm Nights: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am Job Description: General Scope: House Keeping- Sweeping, Disposal of Broke in Broke Carts, Disposal of Trash in Trash Carts UWS Scope: Prep Parent Rolls- Load Plugs, Use Hoist to lift and remove any Damage from exterior of spent PR and Prep to be loaded into Machine Load Parent Rolls into Machine- Use hoist to lift Parent Roll and drop into UWS and Chuck Prep Splice- On trolly run splice through proper rolls and cut the splice so it is flat an aligned Remove Spent Parent Rolls- Use hoist to remove spent PR and drop on slabbing carts Slab Remaining Parent Rolls off Spent Parent Rolls- Use slabber to remove paper from spent PR and place core in proper location Core Machine Scope: Load Ribbon onto Core Machine UWS- Use hoist to put ribbon onto the UWS chuck and chuck the UWS Prep Splice- Properly run the core machine paper to the splice location and prep the splice with tape and scissors Wrapper Scope: Unload / Stage Raw Material Using approved tool, Transition roll from pallet to staged location Prep Poly rolls Verify Correct Raw Material, Insert Poly Shaft/Plug; Remove any damaged outer layers and Prep Roll/Splice to be loaded into Machine Cut expiring web w/approved tool and Tape New Roll splice to expired roll web Remove spent Roll and Use Manipulator to load/lift Roll into Machine Start machine and dispose of splice taped roll Remove remaining raw material from Core, and place core in proper location Basis troubleshooting and Operation (LOTO, Clear Jams, Restart Machine) Basic Proficiency in PQA for completing and recording / documenting quality checks Bundler/Multiflow Scope: Unload / Stage Raw Material Using approved tool, Transition roll from pallet to staged location Prep Poly rolls Verify Correct Raw Material, Insert Poly Shaft/Plug; Remove any damaged outer layers and Prep Roll/Splice to be loaded into Machine Remove spent Roll and Use Manipulator to load/lift Roll into Machine Cut expiring web w/approved tool and Tape New Roll splice to expired roll web Start machine and dispose of splice taped roll Remove remaining raw material from Core, and place core in proper location Basis troubleshooting and Operation (LOTO, Clear Jams, Restart Machine) Basic Proficiency in PQA for completing and recording / documenting quality checks Automatic Casepacker Scope: Prep Delivered KDF Bundle Raw Material; Verify correct Raw Material Remove exterior banding and Dunnage and remove any Damage KDFs from Top of stack and Prep/position to be loaded into Machine Dispose of Dunnage and banding in appropriate Recycle/Waste stream Remove expired bottom KDFs from FF1/Aux Mag cabinet Basis troubleshooting and Operation (LOTO, Clear Jams, Restart Machine) Basic Proficiency in PQA for completing and recording / documenting quality checks MT62 Specific Requires Repetitive / Manual loading of KDFs (10-15) into equipment Magazine Keywords: access management information technology green card Pennsylvania |
