Network Architect Remote Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop network and voice automation solutions using Ansible to streamline and optimize network and voice infrastructure. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and define automation strategies. 3. Create Ansible playbooks and roles for automating network device configuration, provisioning, and management. 4. Implement voice automation solutions for IP telephony systems, including call routing, voice quality monitoring, and system maintenance. 5. Integrate Ansible with other network and voice management tools and platforms to ensure seamless automation workflows. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network and voice automation processes, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. 7. Conduct regular assessments and audits of network and voice automation systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 8. Collaborate with network and voice engineering teams to provide technical guidance and support for automation-related initiatives. 9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to network automation and Ansible. 10. Document automation workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Ansible) are a plus. 2. Proven experience in network and voice automation using Ansible, including designing and implementing automation solutions in a production environment. 3. Strong understanding of network protocols, devices, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, routers, switches, firewalls, IP telephony). 4. Proficiency in developing Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventory management for network automation. 5. Experience with voice automation technologies and protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323, RTP) and IP telephony systems (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya Aura). 6. Familiarity with other automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is desirable. 7. Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools for automation and troubleshooting. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex automation issues. 9.
