Drives timely decisions by key stakeholders in the context of the assigned high-risk projects relative to scope, schedule, and costs/benefits. Directly interfaces with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors/VPs) to understand and clarify business needs and strategies relative to assigned projects. Works closely with IT functional project managers and IT leadership to influence adoption, support, and adherence of ongoing improvements to LS&Co. IT project management standards, tools, and techniques. CORE SKILLS: Experience in delivering Supply Chain IT projects. Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL standards Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients Vendor Management experience. Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to act on implementing those opportunities Ability to work within a global team across cultures. Ability to delegate responsibilities Understanding of service delivery and customer needs, to identify business requirements and priorities. Interpersonal skills to maintain and build relationships Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and activities. Have highly developed analytical skills, planning, organization, and troubleshooting. Skills of effective oral and written communication with the ability to communicate technical information to audiences without technical knowledge. Able to work under pressure and in an environment of rapid response. Able to interact with business and technical partners at all levels of the organization STRATEGY: Participate in operational reviews, deliver data relevant to support the validation of operational activities as well as strategic deliverable Assist in creating a communication model and executing the model Trend analysis for incidents and requests (standard delivery of Key Performance Indicators). Offer recommendations based on analysis. Researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Contribute to building a motivated and competent regional team For more complex problems, coordinate the resolution with other technical teams or external vendors. Works with multiple vendors coordinating solutions between clients and product manufacturers. OPERATIONS & DELIVERY: Collaboration within the End User Services leads to consolidate data driving improved service delivery Identifies the need for documenting solutions to common problems and responses to frequently asked questions. Monitors service level agreements to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded. Escalates problems as required based on SLAs. Informs management as appropriate.
