The SBA develops an understanding of the clients business and proactively researches and elicits requirements to meet the clients needs and enhance overall business value. The SBA is required to exercise significant independent judgement within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years of related experience or a Masters degree and a minimum of6 years of related experience are required CBAP Certification is highly desirable. Certification and/or education in Lean Six Sigma or ITIL is highly desirable Typical activities include: Understanding the clients business drivers and opportunities Eliciting requirements based on business drivers, performing analyses to assess opportunities Document current and future state process, business process mapping, modeling Authoring detailed requirements documentation Requirements analysis and Design Definition Qualifications: Proven success leading projects involving business transformation activities such as: Eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and validating business and functional requirements Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering Preparing business cases, developing non-technical design and functional specifications Experience applying Organizational Design and Development methodologies such as: Extensive knowledge and application across the principles of Business Analysis (e.g., Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) Knowledge of and experience applying the principles of Project Management (nice to have) Business Process engineering Use cases Experience with Enterprise Services Management projects that involve concepts such as: IT Service Management Lifecycle (ITSM): Strategy, Design, Transition, and Operations IT Governance: defining, designing, and implementing Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively with a diverse set of public-sector customers through exemplary professionalism and high emotional intelligence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to advanced experience with the following: Microsoft tools: Outlook, Skype, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Requirements management systems Program and project management systems Regards, Rahul Raghuvanshi TEK Inspirations LLC | 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 E : [email protected] Keywords: information technology green card California Texas |
