Job Title: UKG Kronos Support Administrator Work Location: Dallas, TX( Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote) Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend Education/Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on configuration experience with Kronos WFC Job Description & Responsibilities : You will utilize your expertise to define, configure, test, analyze, and support the timekeeping application systems, primarily Kronos WFC, while also possessing a solid understanding of the payroll system. Collaborate with business process owners to understand timekeeping application system requirements, design, and configure the system, and recommend standard processes; provide strategic expertise to deliver efficient and compliant solutions Serve as an expert in performing configuration changes and efficiency improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues Develop, modify, and update configuration documentation to keep them current and relevant Implement and deliver timekeeping application solutions to support major projects Investigate load errors and work closely with HRIS team to address Operate under moderate supervision as an individual contributor Review and understand configuration specification/design documents Assess and design basic to medium level workforce management solutions Configure and implement moderate workforce management solutions Complete quality assurance testing of solutions Assist customer with testing, understanding the solution and go live support, as needed Deploy and release configuration to productions environment Communicate clearly with project leadership to provide status updates Deliver presentation within the team Provide clear and concise status updates to team/project leadership Escalate issues to the Supervisor/Manager as necessary Skills & Qualifications : Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on configuration experience with Kronos WFC Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing Application Strong experience in consulting for Workforce Management applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid experience in rate of pay calculations is required Demonstrate advanced-level knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central system, including proficiency in Advanced Scheduling, Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance Functional knowledge of Payroll and Time processes Proficiency with business and communications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook) is required Excellent analytical skills and systems aptitude Process-oriented mindset Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals Keywords: golang Texas |
