Title: Sr. Confluent Kafka Developer Work Location: Can be remote but should be able to work in CST & work with INDIA Teams Duration: Long Term Contract Must Have Skills Confluence Kafka (managed) 4+ Years of Exp [ Apache Kafka can be considered but will be of less priority ] Java 7+ Years of Exp Spring Boot 4+ Yrs of Exp Excellent communication skills as resource has to work with multiple teams & resource should be open to work with India team Good To have Skills Tibco 2 Years of Exp Domain Experience (If any ) Retail Must Have Skills We are seeking an expert Confluent Kafka contractor with a minimum of 7 years of integration experience, preferably within the retail. The candidate should have strong hands on experience with CONFLUENCE KAFKA and JAVA Responsibilities: Redesign and reengineer existing TIBCO flows into Confluent Kafka architecture. Develop and implement efficient and scalable solutions using Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions. Provide expertise in integration architecture and best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the retail industry domain. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the Confluent Kafka ecosystem and integration domain. Requirements: Experience : Confluent Kafka, Java, Spring Boot, TIBCO experience would be a plus Solid understanding of messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing. Hands-on development experience in Confluent Kafka, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams. Proficient in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot. Familiarity with TIBCO technologies, such as TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS would be a plus Experience with other related technologies, such as Apache Kafka, Avro, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
