| From: Vivek, Smartitframe [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Release train Engineer Location: Chicago - Remote Experience 9to13Yrs Shift Day 08AM TO 05 PM EST Required Qualifications Should have a strong Release Train Engineer experience Should be strong in all the SAFE Agile and project management processes Should be good in communication and interpersonal skills and willing to operate in flexible timings SAFE RTE Certified preferred Should possess good collaboration skills and negotiation skills Roles/Responsibilities Monitor health of releases. Understand the Cash & Liquidity strategic priorities, and develop and direct planning of multiple Scrum Teams to ensure delivery of those capabilities, managing risks and issues, and escalating as necessary. Partner with stake holders on project requirements, expectations and timelines Work closely with teams to prepare agile project management plan, build product backlog, prioritize requirements and ensure timely project delivery. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and led by example Remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove it Effectively communicate with the stake holders and management to provide timely updates on the risk, dependencies and project status Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation Track and manage product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity Lead and coach the team/organization in its Scrum adoption Guide the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices and values Years of Experience: 13.00 Years of Experience Keywords: information technology |
