Please share the resume at [email protected] Role SAP BASIS Lead Location: Alpharetta, GA (Initial Remote) Duration: 12 months Skill SAP BASIS Consultant with knowledge of Cloud, HANA and NetWeaver components Years of Experience Minimum 10 years of strong experience in SAP BASIS, HANA, SAP NetWeaver and Cloud practice Work Location Alpharetta, GA Must Have Skills The SAP BASIS Lead plays a major role by engaging directly with Client Directors and Solution Architects, IT Management, and other business teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support for SAP operations. Takes lead in analyzing core business processes and designing recommended improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with business stakeholders and adjacent IT team members. This position will research and resolve production support issues, provide technical support, Solution design, coordinate with other vendors, and contribute to a broad system strategy within the IT Supply Chain Management team. Job Requirements 10+ years experience as SAP basis expert Analyze and define SAP and related solution infrastructure and application architecture Experience in analyzing EWA report/HANA Checks and implement Solution Strong experience in SAP Performance analysis and bottleneck situation for ECC/PI etc Strong experience in HANA DB Strong experience in PI 7.4/7.5 and upgrade experience Knowledge in handling High Priority Incident/MI issues and promptly delivering solution Strong experience of SAP basis administration, implementations, design, and upgrades. Strong knowledge in SPS patches, system refreshes and copies, Kernel upgrades etc. Basic Knowledge on cloud essentials, compute, load balancers etc. Experience in Microsoft Azure and basic handling preferred Ensures SAP solution has proper monitoring in place; Supports performance analysis, memory management, and hardware capacity scaling and database analysis. Responsible for the system's overall health and stability. Brings technical innovation and provides recommendations on SAP Technologies and related products Can work as Lead and handle offshore/nearshore Team in Basis/Security Area Excellent communication skill and customer handling experience Nice to have skills SAP Certification on HANA would be prefered Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
