Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software including operating systems, applications, and printers. Manage and maintain the inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring that all assets are properly tracked and documented. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure that desktop-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for resolution. Ensure that all desktops are up to date with the latest security updates and patches. Create and maintain documentation related to desktop support procedures and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users on desktop-related topics including software and hardware usage, security best practices, and data backup and recovery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or related field. Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with desktop virtualization, remote access technologies, and mobile devices is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
