We are investing to fuel the business, and our teams charter is to define, pitch, fund, and track strategies to grow our consumer business across a broad product portfolio including Windows, Office, Edge, Bing, Gaming, and many more. Our portfolio consists of services and devices with hundreds of millions of users that are backed by our mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. In this role, you will be part of a high impact team that drives the overall consumer strategy, inclusive of product, experiences, and monetization. You will partner with engineering, marketing, and finance to develop business cases and bring those ideas to life. This role requires strategic thinking, business leadership & acumen, cross-group collaboration, analytical skills, and solid executive communication skills. This is a tremendous opportunity to drive measurable impact in one of the companys strategically important customer segments. Responsibilities Identify and build business cases to assess new business opportunities, both organic and inorganic, in the consumer portfolio. Develop financial models to help inform portfolio investment and consumer growth long range plan. Design SKU and pricing strategy for Microsoft plus consumer portfolio to maximize revenue and customer growth. Develop and drive new portfolio monetization strategies across licensing, subscriptions, and advertising. Ensure mechanisms are in place for new initiatives to drive execution, including success metrics and accountabilities. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, and corporate development on new business opportunities, monetization, and distribution initiatives.
