Experienced in Very Large Organization - supporting at least over 1,000 servers. Working with multi disciplinary team (PM, Dev, Admins) for standard administration and Projects. Responsibilities Support Incident ( Break/Fix ), Fulfillment ( Service Requests) and Change Controls, working in Service Now Assignment queues to meet Service level agreements.
