PMP is recommended. Experience managing programs/projects in highly matrixed agile software development cultures with practical experience and working knowledge of full-cycle DevOps teams. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, and familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira, and MS Project Boards. Experience in all phases of the software/project lifecycle, interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Outstanding time management and organization skills. Adept in problem-solving and resolving conflict.
