Proven experience as an Open Text ECM Developer/Administrator with expertise in version 22.4 of the software. Strong knowledge of Open Text Capture Center and Extended ECM platforms. Proficiency in ECM system installation, configuration, and administration. Hands-on experience with ECM solution development and customization using Open Text technologies. Familiarity with document capture processes, content management, and workflow automation. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance standards in ECM solutions. Certifications in Open Text ECM platforms are a plus.
