| From: Nitu, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: UX Designer Locations: NYC or Detroit, MI (Onsite Role) Duration: 6-12 months Need their work Demo Link Responsibilities: Partner with visual designers, product managers, engineers, contractors, growth, and the founders to produce and improve experiences in our mobile app. Work closely with the product and founding team to prototype new features. Create, improve, and maintain internal libraries and documentation around our design system and process while enabling colleagues and community members to effortlessly use the DIMO brand. Create low and high fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma to communicate designs to engineers, designers, and key decision makers. Help define DIMOs brand across every part of the company, including social media, investor decks, swag, our mobile app, our website, and plenty more. Required Skills: 3+ years of creative experience across web, mobile, and interaction design. Fluency with Figma or Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign), and other creative tools. An appetite for iteration and innovation to arrive at the best solutions for design challenges. An ability to take complex ideas and communicate them simply to a wide audience through words, graphics, and layouts. Desired Skills/Not Mandatory: Knowledge of the mobility, connected vehicle, or self driving space. IoT product experience is also a plus. Experience in web3, consumer software, or financial services. Knowledge of Blender 3D, Cinema 4D, and/or Keyshot. An outstanding visual design portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in typography, color, visual hierarchy and includes clear examples of creative execution. Startup or entrepreneurship experience.
