Role : Kofax Capture Developer Location : Johnston, RI (Remote is acceptable as long as candidates are ready to work as per EDT hours) Duration : 06+ Months Skills : Strong 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, configuring, upgrading, migrating, troubleshooting all Kofax suites such as Kofax Capture, including upgrades and fix packs. 2 years of Experience leading technical projects for the team, mentoring other developers, preferably in Kofax technologies. Good to have experience on Kofax Total Agility (KTA) and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM). Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation, custom modules. Experience in configuring storage areas, Creating Object Store and configuring FileNet Security. Experience in integrating Kofax with ECM tools such as FileNet Experience on Relational Databases like Oracle/SQL Server. Experience with SCM tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket. Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills. Has a strong work ethic and is able to deal with sometimes conflicting priorities. Self-motivated and can use own initiative to work with limited guidance to implement innovative solutions. Pays attention to detail, finds root cause and takes a rigorous approach to problem solving. Customer orientation with the ability to manage challenging relationship.
