Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate desktop) (preferred), Automation Anywhere Enterprise, UiPath, Pegan or Blue Prism. Open to candidates with something similar to Power Platform - Automation Anywhere is similar (converting from this to Power Automate) Experience in business analysis, business process re-engineering, and process diagramming / documentation. Expertise in workflow-based logic and the ability to understand and document a business process, and conceptualize it as an automated solution. Time management and risk/issue management. Developed creativity, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, as well as oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent presentation and communication skills in both oral and written form. must be able to work independently and must have strong communication skills; reliable MUST be able to take initiative group size is small (10) - will be the only Developer on the team; will support the Enterprise R&D group - can reach out to other Developers for assistance. **A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field is strongly recommended, but will consider the experience - 3-5 years experience if without the degree Job details - *** SEE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DETAILS*** Work with R&D customers to collect requirements for digitizing R&D owned product and packaging processes associated with commercialization. Determine viability and supportability of automatable opportunities, as well as the optimal automation tool(s) to implement them. Document requirements and test plans for automation solutions. Develop reliable automation solutions based on business customers requirements, while adhering to the Automation COEs design best practices. Work with R&D process / data owners to properly test and document test results. Maintain / support existing automation solutions in production and implement all necessary changes in a controlled manner. Communicate automation development updates to Automation COE and R&D process / data owners on a regular basis.
