| From: Suresh Babu, Teamware Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: SAP Integration Suite Support Analyst (Remote) Location: Remote Job Description: Must-Have Central development and configuration in SAP BTP Cloud (Integration Suite tenants on SAP BTP) Integration Suite Runtimes on AP BTP tenants Integration Suite On Premise Runtimes (Edge Cells) Good-to-Have Familiarity with SAP modules and core objects Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Provide day to day support for Integration Suite environments (incident management, change management, problem management, capacity management, access management, escalation management, service reporting, configuration management (CMDB in Service Now)) Participate in escalations (Rapid Response Team (RRT)) to help solving cross-platform issues. Monitor the health of Integration Suite environments. Create necessary monitoring environment and reports/dashboards where needed. SPOC for interaction with Product Support (vendors like SAP, Microsoft or Google etc.) of the different Integration Suite components. Manage Deployment / Release to Production process for all integration assets (e.g. Integration Flows) following P&G Change Management Processes. Provide day to day support for Integration Suite environments (incident management, change management, problem management, capacity management, access management, escalation management, service reporting, configuration management (CMDB in Service Now)) Participate in escalations (Rapid Response Team (RRT)) to help solving cross-platform issues. Monitor the health of Integration Suite environments.
