Role: Cloud Storage Operations Engineer Location : Houston, TX (onsite) Primary Skills : Nasuni, ANF, EMC, Netapp Responsibilities When looking for more candidates I think in conjunction with storage expertise with ANF and Nasuni, what also needs to be addressed is: Experience with public cloud, specifically Azure Candidates with experience that would fit for the scope of work, such as maintenance and routine tasks. Responsibilities: 1. Respond and take actions to incidents and requests regarding storage 2. Perform storage related activities based on playbooks defined by application engineering teams 3. Take appropriate actions, as per playbooks, for storage related events triggered by the monitoring systems for application and its respective storage solutions 4. Perform routine maintenance tasks on storage 5. Verify backups are successfully run for storage solutions 6. Suggest and/or write playbooks as needed for continuous 7. Schedule and run automated backup/restore jobs, integrated system monitoring and automated resources patching.
