Job title: Systems Analyst Location: MUST BE LOCAL TO COLUMBUS, OH (NO RELOCATION) Hybrid onsite 2 days a week Duration: 6 months Visa: MUST BE USC/GC/GCEAD Client: Safelite Job description: Safelite is looking for a Systems Analyst that has strong experience in a large company, working between teams, high-level stakeholders, and the ability to break down large projects into small tasks that can be completed by developers (with the ability to explain the process for doing so). A plus for someone with scrum master experience, or a project management mind-set. 5+ Year of Experience Organized; ability to break down projects (epics) into smaller, incremental deliverables (user stories) Ability to write detailed requirements for Software Engineers Experience working in teams that follow agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, Scrum-Ban Ability to create as-is and to-be process models; understanding of system context models and conceptual system diagrams Ability to write medium-level SQL queries Understanding of JavaScript, awareness of C#; awareness of GitHub Breaks down upcoming project work into epics and stories; writes user epics and user stories that include detailed technical requirements to modify an application to meet the needs of the business Gain deep understanding of a Safelite application, to act as a SME to collaborate with technical team: Overall technical design of the application Upstream and downstream systems and contracts (payloads and methods) Data required and produced by the application; understands test data required to validate changes May investigate a defect or incident to determine functional cause; may use SQL to query application database; may use PostMan or other methods to inspect data payloads May configure SaaS or custom applications Thanks and Regards .
