Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect Location : Remote (Must work in CDT or PDT time zones) Duration : Long Term Job Description: Looking for Salesforce Solution Architect to work with our clients to ensure that they experience ongoing success in Salesforce Core areas, including Sales Cloud, Custom Development, Integrations. You will consult with the client regarding the Salesforce platform including design, execution strategies, architecture, release information, and best practices. You will also be responsible for gathering business, functional, and technical requirements and interpret those requirements into functional and technical specifications. Will work with the functional and technical leads to ensure that functional and technical specifications adhere to business requirements, the proposed platform architecture and technical design. Will work with project teams to ensure that business requirements are satisfied and implemented, and that the solution is in line with current and future client strategic goals and best practices. You will advise and develop or refine methods to improve and optimize functional and technical solutions. You will provide subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning, and deployment of solutions with quality to drive exceptional experiences. Proactively analyse the Salesforce release notes and come up with the action plan to minimize the impact on the current projects. You will mentor consultants, provide guidance on their assignments, as well as perform reviews of their work on a periodic basis. Skill Set : A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, and 10+ years of experience working in IT. Strong experience in Salesforce development - Sales Cloud, (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud a plus). Strong experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems. Experience in Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components development, Flows and Triggers. Lead the team to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation. Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the functional and technical solutions. Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes. Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. Communicate with architects, and other consultants and developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements. Implement Salesforce platform best practices. Work with the technical team to create technical designs from functional design/requirements. Able to troubleshoot and perform configuration and customizations. Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams. Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence. Highly self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team-oriented individual. Strong communication capabilities internally and externally. Including leading client meetings, doing presentations and demos of solutions. Education : Bachelors in Computer science, or related field.
