Please share suitable profile Position: Program Manager Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Visa: No H1B MOI: Video Our client CAI/City of Richmond is looking for a Program Manager for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: Scope of Work the Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for establishing the Program Management Office (PMO), and the oversight, coordination, and completion of department projects/programs. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress, identify and track issues and risks of project/program. Prepares reports for executive leadership regarding status of project/program. Develop and implement an Enterprise Project Management Framework Work to establish a Program Management Office (PMO) Manage integrated projects and programs to replace the CIS and ancillary systems. Lead diverse teams across multiple domains and geographies to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure the work of the PMO adds value and meet the goals set by the executive leadership team (ELT). Maintain an excellent rapport with staff across all levels. Drive, manage, monitor, and report timely delivery of program results. Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction. Develop program processes and recommend improvements for greater accountability, responsiveness, and efficiency. Identify and escalate program issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management. Perform other duties as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 7 Years Relevant program management experience in consulting or similar work in operations preferably in utilities and government. 7 Years Extensive experience in Program Manager role for large scale CRM, CIS implementation project(s). 7 Years Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7 Years Advanced aptitude computer proficiency. 7 Years Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, and Power BI, Project Management. 7 Years Knowledge / experience in CIS/CRM/Field Services, and Customer Service systems and operations. 7 Years Experience using / implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) /BOT.
